De editie 2010 van het 'Blue Book', ook gekend als 'Basic Texts of the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural heritage' werd nu ook opgenomen in het online documentrepository van UNESCO en kan vrij gedownload worden. Dit nieuwste 'Blue Book' bevat naast de tekst van de UNESCO-Conventie ter bescherming van immaterieel cultureel erfgoed (2003) ook de herziene versie van de operationele richtlijnen, goedgekeurd tijdens de derde sessie van de General Assembly of the States Parties to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, gehouden in juni 2010.
